0 <br /> Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br /> Naval Communication Station Stockton <br /> (including exact dates and times) , and if the <br /> noncompliance has not been corrected, the <br /> anticipated time it is expected to continue; <br /> and steps taken or planned to reduce, <br /> eliminate and prevent reoccurrence of the <br /> noncompliance. <br /> 13 . Other Noncompliance <br /> The owner or operator shall report all other <br /> instances of noncompliance not otherwise required <br /> to be reported within 15 days after discovery of <br /> noncompliance. The reports shall contain the <br /> information listed in II.G. 12 .c. above. <br /> 14 . Other Information <br /> The owner or operator shall promptly submit all <br /> facts or information which have been omitted or <br /> which correct information in the permit <br /> application or any other report submitted to the <br /> Department. <br /> H. Signatory Requirement <br /> 1. The owner and operator shall comply with the <br /> signatory requirements in CCR, Title 22 , Section <br /> 66270. 11, for all applications, reports or <br /> information submitted to the Department. <br /> 2. The owner and operator shall provide documentation <br /> of an agreement for operation of the facility <br /> between the property owner and the facility owner, <br /> if different from the property owner. <br /> I. Certification of Construction <br /> The owner or operator may not commence treatment, <br /> storage or transfer of hazardous wastes at the facility <br /> or modified portion of the facility until: <br /> 1. The owner or operator has submitted to the <br /> Department, by certified mail or hand delivery, a <br /> letter signed by the owner or operator and an <br /> appropriate engineer registered in California <br /> stating that the facility has been constructed in <br /> compliance with the permit; and <br /> -9- <br />
