Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br /> Naval Communication Station Stockton <br /> The Regional Administrator may require the <br /> facility to submit a more detailed status report <br /> explaining any deviation from, or changes to, the <br /> approved waste minimization plan. <br /> III. SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. Prohibition of Disposal <br /> Pursuant to H&SC, Section 25203 , hazardous wastes shall <br /> not be permanently disposed of at the facility, unless <br /> such disposal is properly permitted. <br /> B. Wastes Prohibited <br /> Hazardous wastes described below shall not be handled <br /> at the facility: <br /> 1. Extremely hazardous wastes as defined in CCR, <br /> Title 22 , Sections 66261. 110 and 66261. 113 , unless <br /> specifically approved by the Department; <br /> 2 . Forbidden and Class A explosives as defined in <br /> Sections 173 . 51 and 173 . 53 , Title 49, Code of <br /> Federal Regulations, (CFR) ; <br /> 3 . Any hazardous wastes not listed in the approved <br /> Operation Plan or otherwise approved by the <br /> Department; and <br /> 4 . Any hazardous waste generated outside the premises <br /> of the facility. <br /> C. Storage Conditions <br /> Storage in Containers <br /> 1. Containers holding hazardous wastes shall be <br /> stored only in the area designated in the approved <br /> Operation Plan. <br /> 2 . A container holding hazardous waste shall remain <br /> closed during storage, except when it is necessary <br /> to add or remove waste. <br /> 3 . A container holding hazardous waste shall not be <br /> handled or stored in a manner which might rupture <br /> the container or cause it to leak. <br /> -11- <br /> i <br />
