Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br /> Naval Communication Station Stockton <br /> Records <br /> a. All records, including plans required in this <br /> permit, shall be furnished upon request and <br /> made available at all reasonable times for <br /> inspection by any officer, employee, or <br /> representative of the Department, U. S. EPA, <br /> State Water Resources Control Board, Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, or local health <br /> agency. <br /> b. The owner or operator shall maintain until <br /> closure is completed and certified by an <br /> independent engineer registered in <br /> California, the following records, reports, <br /> documents and all amendments, revisions, and <br /> modifications thereof at the owner or <br /> operator's facility, so as to be available at <br /> all times to operating personnel : <br /> (1) Operating record; <br /> (2) Training records for current employees; <br /> t <br /> (3) Hazardous Waste Facility Permit; <br /> (4) Waste analysis plan; <br /> (5) Contingency plan; <br /> (6) Closure plan; and <br /> (7) Inspection schedules. <br /> C. The owner or operator shall retain the <br /> following records at the facility for at <br /> least three years: <br /> (1) Inspection records; and <br /> (2) Training records for former employees. <br /> d. The retention period for all records required <br /> in this permit is extended automatically <br /> during the course of any unresolved <br /> enforcement action regarding the facility or <br /> as requested by the Department. <br /> -23- <br />
