Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br /> Naval Communication Station Stockton <br /> 2 . Operating Records <br /> The owner or operator shall keep a written <br /> operating record at the facility. <br /> The following information shall be recorded, as it <br /> becomes available, and maintained in the operating <br /> record until the closure of the facility: <br /> a. The description and the quantity of each <br /> hazardous waste received, and the method(s) <br /> and date(s) of its storage at the facility; <br /> b. The location of each hazardous waste within <br /> the facility and the quantity at each <br /> location. This information shall include <br /> cross-references to disposal turn-in document <br /> numbers; <br /> C. Records and results of waste analyses and <br /> trial tests performed; <br /> d. Summary reports and details of all incidents <br /> that require implementing the contingency <br /> plan; <br /> e. Records and results of inspections (except <br /> these data need be kept only three years) ; <br /> f. Testing or analytical data; and <br /> g. All waste minimization certifications. <br /> 3 . Reporting and Notification Requirements <br /> a. All reports and information requested by the <br /> Department shall satisfy the signatory <br /> requirements in item II.H. The waste <br /> minimization certifications as required in <br /> item II.J shall be signed in accordance with <br /> II.H. <br /> b.
