provision requires the operation of back-up or <br /> auxiliary facility or similar systems only when <br /> necessary to achieve compliance with the conditions <br /> of the permit. <br /> 7. Submittal of Requested Information <br /> The owner or operator shall furnish to the Department, <br /> within a reasonable time, any relevant information which <br /> the Department may request to determine whether cause <br /> exists for modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating <br /> this permit or to determine compliance with this permit. <br /> The owner or operator shall also furnish to the <br /> Department, upon request, copies of records required to <br /> be kept by this permit. <br /> 8. Hazardous Waste List <br /> The owner or operator shall maintain a current list of <br /> hazardous wastes that can be accepted by the facility. <br /> The owner or operator shall, as necessary, update the <br /> hazardous waste list presented in the approved Operation <br /> Plan. Any additions to the list must be approved by the <br /> Department in writing 30 days in advance of the first <br /> receipt of additional hazardous wastes . The owner or <br /> operator shall maintain all such written approvals in the <br /> operating record. Upon approval of each revision of the <br /> list, the newly revised list shall be submitted to the <br /> Department. <br /> 9. Inspection and Entry <br /> The owner or operator shall allow authorized <br /> representatives of the Department , the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board, a Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, or the local health agency, upon the presentation <br /> of credentials and other documents as may be required by <br /> law to: <br /> a. Enter at reasonable times upon the owner' s or <br /> operator' s premises where a regulated facility or <br /> activity is located or conducted, or where records <br /> must be kept under the conditions of this permit; <br /> b. Have access to any copy, at reasonable times, any <br /> records that must be kept under the conditions of <br /> this permit; <br /> C. Inspect at reasonable times any facilities , <br /> equipment ( including monitoring and control <br /> equipment) , practices or operations regulated or <br /> required under this permit; and <br /> _g_ <br />
