Additionally, these containers were not <br /> labeled or marked clearly with the words "Hazardous Waste". <br /> SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> 3. Based on the foregoing DETERMINATION OF VIOLATIONS, IT <br /> IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: <br /> 3.1. Within the specified time frames Respondent shall: <br /> 3.1.1. Within 30 days of the date of this Order, Respondent <br /> shall: provide the Department with a copy of the results of the <br /> written integrity assessment certified by a registered <br /> professional engineer, as delineated in the facility operations <br /> plan for the underground tank at Building 707. <br /> 3.1.2. Within 30 days of the date of this order, Respondent <br /> shall: provide the Department with a written plan stating <br /> Respondent-Is means and schedule for detecting leaks from the tank <br /> at Building 707. <br /> 3.1.3. In the future, Respondent shall provide the <br /> Department with notice of any release of hazardous waste within <br /> 24 hours of any such release, as required by Title 22, Cal. Code <br /> Regs. , Section 66265.196(e) (1) . <br /> 3.1.4. Within 30 days of the date of this order, Respondent <br /> shall: provide the Department with a copy of a written report <br /> regarding the release of hazardous waste from the UGT at building <br /> 4 <br />
