Per reference (a), NAVCOMMSTA Stockton has requested Engineering Field Activity <br /> (EFA) West to evaluate whether the cleanup of solvent contaminated sail and groundwater at <br /> Building 707 at NAVCOMIVISTA Stockton is eligible for Defense Environmental Restoration <br /> Account (DEKA) funding. Based on the information provided in reference (a), EFA West has <br /> determined that the site is eligible for DERA funding. The site will be included into the EFA <br /> West Installation Restoration Program (IRP). <br /> 2. We would like to, however, caution that inclusion of a site in the IRP does not guarantee its <br /> funding. DERA funding for this site will be dependent upon availability of funds and priorities <br /> set forth by the Chief of Naval Operations. <br /> 3.
