Periodic record As needed complete the following record keeping: keeping ■ Entries onto the Hazardous Waste Log for the central storage area(when waste is added to the central storage area). ■ Hazardous Waste Manifests and other shipping forms (when waste is shipped) (See"Hazardous waste manifest and shipping paper verification"on page 57). ■ Hazardous Materials Registration:3E will register the store with the Hazardous Materials Registration Program as needed.The Store Manager files the Certificate or Registration in the appropriate section of the HHM Records Binder. Location and All written records referenced in this section must be placed in the HHM retention of records Records Binder located in the RTV Department unless otherwise dictated by the local authorities (see"Record keeping in the HHM Records Binder" on page 4). Please note that any document-requiring posting should be posted where other business licenses are posted. Revised: 12 January 2007 61
