The design <br />of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without entering <br />into the opposing lane of traffic, <br />k. BUILDING CODE REOUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br />Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be Incorporated In <br />the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br />(1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., TOO <br />24). <br />(2) A grading plan shall be submitted, and it shall be approved and a grading permit <br />issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth <br />material: <br />A Grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., <br />Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br />The grading plan shall Include complete drainage details and elevations <br />of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br />applicable. <br />C, Grading in excess of 6,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 <br />for 'Engineered Grading Requirements., <br />DAN recommendations of the soils engineer shall be Incorporated In the <br />grading plans, <br />E. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation <br />inspection. <br />FAll grading permits are subject to approval by the other departffXW". <br />G. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to issuance <br />of any building permits or the beginning of any construction. <br />(3) A one-hour fire wall shall separate the Office and shop areas where they are less <br />than 'M feel apart.
