Our facility does have a permanent EPA ID# CAL0039841, see attached copy. <br />108. Hazardous waste requires determination image#f it leaking onto floor near plastic <br />bottle and into pan; Hazardous waste determination was made and absorbent has been used to <br />soak up oil, product still usable we will dispose in a appropriate and save manner when not <br />useable and considered waste, see attached imagel,2. <br />o The unknown leakage on image #7 building E was simply water spill and was cleaned by <br />regular house cleaning. <br />o Various bottles, buckets, and containers in multiple buildings, have been gathered, <br />separated, classified, and labeled this is product being used. Image#8 is an empty bottle <br />of our product Servisol,(images of empty bottles/ containers attached) image#9 the <br />unknown container, is an empty container that will be used for Hazardous Waste, <br />container has been labeled see attachment image#5-8 . <br />o Image#10 unknown container in antifreeze bottle building A; is antifreeze and was out <br />of place, bottle still in use and has been stored away in storage room. image#11 <br />unknown liquid at Building A, liquid is product Anti -Static and was put back into mixer, <br />bottle was recycled, and grinned; same with images#15,12,14,16 bottles located in the <br />bathroom Area C have been cut down and grinded, image#3,9attached. <br />o Image#5 corrosive solid near floor; there is no corrosive solid on the ground. Image#4 <br />corrosive on pipe; the product build-up has been properly removed from pipe and put <br />back into mixer. <br />o Lab Building A, multiple containers on lab benches, shelves, sink and on the floor. Some <br />containers marked, while other are not image# 1-10,12,13 as well as spillage on shelves <br />image# 11,12; all containers have been organized, labeled and put back to shelves see <br />attachment image#10-15. <br />o Spillage between Building A and B and inside the berms at Building B ( outdoor <br />images#1-4) from All Purpose Cleaner, Red degreaser and mix tanks(outdoor image#5- <br />7,1); all liquid spillage gets pumped back into containers for continue product <br />production, containers for All Purpose Cleaner, and Red degreaser have been labeled <br />image# 16-18. <br />o Unknown substance in buckets, bottles and drums image#14-18; as mentioned <br />previously, various bottles, buckets, and containers in multiple buildings, have been <br />Im <br />
