<br />This is an official inspection report of the Routine inspection conducted at the referenced facility. The
<br />following are Minor Notice to Comply violations: 101, 108, 116, 122/125, 128, 301, 304, 404, 406, 407,
<br />605/701, 703, 804/806/808/809, 812, and 9999.
<br />101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste
<br />generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without
<br />an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit
<br />evidence to the EHD by 10/09/2013. An application has been provided to you during this inspection.
<br />108. The following wastes require hazardous waste determination:
<br />At the 1000 E. Channel location:
<br />o Two 5 -gallon buckets and one 1 -gallon jug of oily waste (see photo #2,3), one 55 -gallon drum of
<br />silicon waste oil (see photos #1,2,3), at least one 10 -gallon drum of oily waste (photo #4), and
<br />multiple (approximately 40) gallon jugs and liter -size containers of liquid waste (photo #5) by the
<br />processing tank cluster and berm area.
<br />o Powder waste on the floor by the scale near the garage door and bottom of shop stairs (photo #6,7)
<br />o One 5 -gallon bucket of hydraulic waste oil by the tank outside the entrance (photo #8).
<br />o Green liquid waste on the ground by the tank outside the entrance (photo #9).
<br />o Two 5 -gallon buckets of oily waste at/by the repair shop (photo #10, 12), spillage from a 55 -gallon
<br />drum parts washer (photo #11).
<br />o Solid/corrosive debris inside the berm area (photo #16).
