Channel location: <br />o One 5 -gallon bucket of oily waste at the southeast corner of the west storage shed (photo #17), <br />and solid waste in three 55 -gallon blue poly drums at the northwest corner of the west storage <br />shed (photo # 18,19,20). <br />o Solid debris and liquid waste in multiple "methyl acetate" 55 -gallon drums (at least 10 drums, <br />some of which are open, some closed, a few in corroded condition), and one approximately 100 - <br />gallon metal mixing tank at the east side of the property near the entrance to the large storage <br />structure constructed of multiple recycled intermodal freight containers (photos #22, 23, 24, 25). <br />o Multiple 55 -gallon drums of unknown waste in the above-mentioned storage structure constructed <br />of intermodal freight containers (photo #26: one drum with bulging lid near entrance, photos #27 <br />and #29: multiple drums midway inside, and photo #28: one blue metal drum at north end.) <br />o Multiple one gallon to quart -size containers of solvent/reducer wastes on a pallet, and one 55 - <br />gallon drum on unknown liquid waste outside the car-wax/soap storage trailer west of the above- <br />mentioned storage structure (photo #30, 31). <br />o Four 5 -gallon buckets of oily waste and one smaller can of oily water at the repair shop (photo <br />#33), and one bucket of reactive reducer waste and one 5 -gallon bucket of unknown waste near <br />the entrance of the same repair shop (photo #32). <br />o One 55 -gallon blue poly drum of unknown waste outside the above-mentioned repair shop (photo <br />#35), and multiple 55 -gallon drums and 5 -gallon buckets of unknown waste (photo #34) near the <br />repair shop and east of the 1015 Channel facility entrance. <br />o Multiple boxes (at least 8) of product waste at the west side of the facility entrance (photo #36) <br />Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. <br />Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, <br />or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title <br />22. If you determined the waste to be a non -hazardous, please provide to EHD the rationale and <br />evidence (i.e. third party laboratory testing results) supporting such a determination. Submit a statement <br />and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 10/09/2013. <br />116. Failed to provide annual review of initial training for personnel in 2011. Per California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR) 26265.16(c), facility personnel shall take part in an annual review of the initial <br />training for hazardous waste management including spill prevention and contingency plan <br />implementation procedures in accordance to CCR 26265.16(a).
