10 <br />only paperwork submitted'wasTSr 1-55 gallon drum of oily solid wast <br />Violation #60 [CCR 66262.40(a)], Violation #61 [CCR 66262.42(a)], Violation #62 [CCR 66262.42(b)], Failed to keep <br />signed copies of hazardous waste manifests for 3 years, failed to determine the status of the hazardous waste when <br />no manifest was received, and failed to file an exception report for the missing manifests for: <br />• Manifest #002963551 JJK <br />• Manifest #23595176 <br />Your responses for all missing records stated that manifests will be required from now on. The response failed to <br />provide copies of the missing manifests with signatures from the Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facility (TSDF) to show <br />that all hazardous waste made it to the proper TSDF as required by law. <br />If the manifests with TSDF signatures are unable to be located then an exception report explaining the steps taken to <br />determine the status of the missing hazardous waste must be provided to the Department of Toxic Substances <br />Control with a copy submitted to this office. <br />Violation #64 (CCR 66266.81) Failed to retain copies of bills of lading for lead acid batteries. Copies of bills of lading <br />were provided for 5 battery cores since the inspection but none of the missing bills of lading for the 3 years prior to <br />the inspection were provided as required. <br />Violation #85 CCR 66273.39 Failed to keep records of shipments of universal waste.
