Broadway Blvd. <br />Tucson, Az 85711 <br />(520)512-0000 Ex. 20 <br />Violation of CCR 66262.11 <br />C <br />Resolution- All containers that store hazardous waste have been properly labeled with the necessary <br />label listing both its contents and the date last emptied. <br />Violation of CCR 66265.31 <br />Resolution -Entire shop has been cleaned from top to bottom to eliminate any hazardous material <br />residue. In addition staff has been re-educated with regaurd to proper storage and disposal of all such <br />materials with special emphasis placed on maintaining a clean and responsible facility. <br />Violation of CRR 66262.34(f) <br />Resolution -The steps taken to address the violation of code section CCR 66262.11 will also address and <br />resolve this violation. <br />Violation of CCR 66265.173(a) <br />Resolution -Lids have been placed on all containers storing hazardous waste. Staff has been instructed <br />to keep all lids in place except when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br />Violation of CCR 66262.34(d) <br />Resolution -All hazardous waste found on site during our first inspection has been removed. <br />Additionally the frequency with which waste is removed from the facility has been adjusted so as to <br />conform to this code. <br />Violation of CCR 66262.40(a) <br />Resolution -Going forward all records with regard to the removal of hazardous waste will be stored on <br />site for a minimum of three years. <br />
