SPCC PLAN Stockton Center 21 <br /> 2.0 GENERAL SPILL CONTROL PROCEDURES AND EQUIPMENT (112.7(c)(1)) <br /> i <br /> The Martin-Brower Company has established general spill response procedures that are <br /> required to be followed in the event of a spill or release. The general procedure is <br /> described in the front of this plan on page iii. <br /> The two general steps to be followed are: <br /> 1. Contain or clean-up the spill or release; and, <br /> 2. Contact California State Office of Emergency Services (OES) at 1-800- <br /> 579-2872 <br /> OES is responsible for contacting all regulatory agencies, county, state and federal, based <br /> upon size of spill will arrange for clean-up, documentation and initial loss notices <br /> Martin-Brower Facility Spill/Leak Control Program procedures also require inspection, <br /> testing and/or monitoring of fuel lines and piping to ensure the continued integrity of fuel <br /> delivery systems. A weekly visual inspection is conducted to evaluate the integrity of the <br /> AST systems, associated pumps and piping, and the 55-gallon containers. "Inspection" <br /> forms are to be completed by the service manager. "Spill Report" forms and the "Spill Log" <br /> are to be completed by the service manager after any and every spill or release incident. <br /> Copies of these forms are provided in Exhibit C. <br /> -5- <br />
