SPCC PLAN 0, Stockton Center 21 <br /> 4.2 PREDICTIONS OF DIRECTIONAL FLOW <br /> Outside Yard Area Near Fuel Island and Oil Storage <br /> If a spill would occur near the Fuel Island, it would flow into a stormwater drain that <br /> discharges into the City of Stockton storm sewer system. To protect the storm sewers and <br /> receiving water, Martin-Brower has placed a petroleum filter in street drain nearest to <br /> diesel ASTs south of the warehouse and north of the vehicle maintenance facility. This <br /> filter consists of cylinder with cloth-like material that absorbs the petroleum. It is on a 2 yr <br /> replacement cycle <br /> Inside Shop Area <br /> If a spill would occur inside the shop area, it could be contained using the available spill kit <br /> materials. <br /> Predictions of Volume or Quantity of Potential Spills <br /> Inside shop area: <br /> Total Estimate storage- 1500 Gallons <br /> Largest Container size- 500 Gallons <br /> Outside Fuel Tank Area: <br /> Total Storage Capacity- 20,000 Gallons <br /> Largest Tank size- 10,000 Gallons <br /> 5.0 ACTIVATING THE SPILL CONTINGENCY PLAN <br /> Spill Procedure in Case Of a Release <br /> 1. IT IS URGENT THAT WE CONTAIN/CLEAN UP. <br /> a. Keep the product on our property <br /> b. Do not wash product into any drainage system - Dam if possible to <br /> area of spill <br /> C. Identify type of product spilled <br /> -13- <br />
