Drums used to dilute concentrated chemical products shall <br /> always be marked with secondary labeling and all old labels shall be removed from the <br /> drum. <br /> 4.0 SPILL PREDICTIONS (112.7(b)) <br /> Potential Spill or Release Situations <br /> Proper spill prevention and control measures are employed in all areas of the Martin- <br /> Brower Company building.
