The work would <br />begin with the facility inspection, which will require approximately two hours on site. It is <br />estimated that the project can be completed in approximately 4 weeks. The total estimated <br />project cost is $3,200_ This allows for up to two hours for the on-site inspection, round trip <br />travel time, 4 hours of graphics support to develop the plot plan and location map, <br />approximately 4 hours for document production support, and the balance is technical time. <br />The technical time provides for preparing the draft and final SPCC Plans, the inspection and <br />testing program, the training checklists, and the inspection forms that will be provided as <br />appendices to the SPCC Plan. The tasks described in the scope of work will be conducted on <br />a, tirne and materials (T&M) basis in accordance with the attached labor rate sheet. The <br />estimated budget will be on a not -to -exceed basis. Other terms and conditions are in <br />accordance with the enclosed ENTRE standard agreement (attached). <br />If this proposal is acceptable, please sign and return two signed copies of the ENTRIX <br />standard agreement and two signed copies of Task Order 1 to authorize the work. ENTRD( <br />wi.l.l countersign and return a signed original to you. if you need an urgent start to this work <br />please fax the signed documents to 425-935-5368, and teen mail the signed hard copies.
