The facility did not provide a written response to the November 4, 2010 hazardous waste <br />inspection report. See the included 2010 inspection report and provide a written response to the listed <br />violations. <br />301. Facility not maintained to minimize the release of hazardous waste. Oily absorbent was observed <br />all over the front parking lot. Collect the absorbent, store in a container and make a hazardous waste <br />determination for this waste. <br />305. Failed to maintain decontamination equipment. Three containers of eyewash in the service area <br />had expiration dates of 5-2013. Replace this eyewash with containers which have not expired. <br />605. The following containers were observed: <br />a. One container of waste coolant with the label "hazardous waste" only. <br />b. One container of oily water with the label "hazardous waste" only. <br />c. One container of parts washer waste with the hazardous property missing. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information.. <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2, name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />The coolant and oily water labels were on the adjacent wall. The containers must have labels attached <br />to the container. Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers <br />are marked with all the required information. <br />Notes <br />1. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by August 17, 2013. <br />2.
