Two fire extinguishers on the west wall had annual maintenance <br /> dates of June 2014 . All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, <br /> and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency. Immediately begin this practice. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 403 CCR 66265.173 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> Containers of hazardous waste found open. <br /> -A 5 gallon red container of metal brake shavings inside the waste oil room on the east side <br /> -A 200 gallon white Poly- Safetypack container used as secondary containment in the waste oil room on the west <br /> side that had oil spills inside <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
