Since <br /> the blue 50 liter container of waste Ozzy Mat filters has been on site longer than 90 days, immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the <br /> END. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by December 16, 2015 . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> Notes: <br /> - The facility generates brake lathe grindings, waste oil, waste antifreeze, drained used oil filters, Ozzy Mat parts <br /> washer filters, oily water, compressed gas n.o.s (freon, carbon dioxide) empty containers and used absorbent. <br /> -The facility did not have an emergency coordinators.
