No structural damage was observed. All fittings and attached hoses appeared to be in good <br />condition with no damaged or non functional equipment observed. <br />2.10 Tightness Testing <br />All new tanks and ancillary equipment shall be tested for tightness prior to being placed in use. <br />The results of the test(s) shall be documented in this assessment. Tank system integrity or leak <br />test requirements must be in compliance with all local requirements. Prior to conducting a tank <br />system integrity test or leak test, contact the local agency staff for local requirements. <br />To the best knowledge of the certifying engineer, local agency staff was not contacted for local <br />integrity testing requirements, and no field integrity test was performed at the time of installation. <br />The tank was pressure tested at the factory per UL 142, according to the tank fabricator <br />(Atlantic Fabritech letter of April 18, 2008 attached). <br />2.11 Estimated Remaining Service Life of the Tank System <br />Apex's best professional estimate of the remaining service life of the tank system based upon <br />the findings described and documented in Sections 2.1 through 2.10 of this Report is at least <br />10-15 years. <br />Above Ground Storage Tank Professional Engineer Certification Page 6 <br />
