One 55 -gallon container of used oil filters does not have an accumulation start date. Used oil filters <br />must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br />accumulation start date. Immediately add the accumulation start date and ensure that all used oil filters <br />are managed in this way. <br />32. The facility did not have a tank assessment document for the used oil tank. A tank assessment is <br />site specific and is stamped by a Professional Engineer. Submit a statement by April 29, 2011 <br />explaining how the facility will comply with this regulation. Send a copy of the tank assessment to the <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) when the assessment is complete. <br />44. The facility does not have a hazardous waste contingency plan. Generate a plan, keep a copy at <br />the facility and send a copy to the EHD by April 29, 2011. <br />Notes <br />1. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by April 29, 2011. <br />2.
