A 55 gallon blue poly drum which previously held used antifreeze was observed in the hazardous <br /> waste storage area without empty labeling. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a <br /> hazardous material shall be marked as empty, with the date they were emptied, and managed within <br /> one year of being emptied.
