At the end of shift or work assignment hazardous waste and/or used oil containers will be <br />checked, drained and cleaned. No open containers with waste fluids will be left open and all <br />liquid containers have a closing lid. <br />#45 CCR 66265.52 — Contingency plan incomplete <br />Response: Williams Tank Lines has updated the Evacuation Plan to include Notification and <br />Communication to all on-site personal regarding building evacuation and assembly area for any <br />natural, environmental, or manmade emergency. Williams TL communicates emergency <br />response notifications to employees and visiting clients by verbal warnings. <br />See Appendix A <br />
