0 • <br />#60 CCR 66262.40(a) — Failed to keep signed copy for 3 years <br />• Response: Williams Tank Lines has contacted their hazardous waste transporter and received <br />copies of all signed copies for the past 3 years. Through Williams TL investigation it was <br />discovered that the hazardous waste TSDF had not sent the signed hazardous waste manifest. <br />Williams TL had the signed manifest faxed to their site on 6/28/11. (see attached or scanned <br />copy). William TL has implemented an internal program to track manifests and insure that a <br />timely report is submitted for the tracking of all manifested hazardous waste shipments. <br />See Appendix B <br />#61 CCR 66262.42(a) — Failed to determine status of hazardous waste when manifest copy not <br />received <br />Response: Williams Tank Lines has contacted vendors and received copies of all signed <br />manifest for the past 3 years. Through Williams TL investigation it was discovered that the <br />TDSF had not sent the signed hazardous waste manifest. Williams TL had the signed and <br />stamped manifest faxed to their site on 6/28/11. (see attached or scanned copy). William TL has <br />implemented an internal program to track manifests and insure that a timely report is submitted <br />for the tracking of all manifested hazardous waste shipments. <br />See Appendix B <br />• #62 CCR 66262.42(b) — Failed to file an exception report <br />Response: Williams Tank Lines has contacted vendors and received copies of all signed <br />manifest or copies for the past 3 years. William TL has implemented an internal program to track <br />manifests and insure that a timely report is submitted for the tracking of all manifested hazardous <br />waste shipments. <br />#64 CCR 66266.81 (a) (4) (b) — Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid <br />batteries <br />Response: Williams Tank Lines has contacted vendor and received copies of bill of ladings for <br />spent lead acid batteries for the past 2 years. William TL has implemented an internal program to <br />track receipts and insure that a timely report is submitted for the tracking of all spent lead acid <br />battery shipments. <br />See Appendix B <br />#85 CCR 66273.39 — Failed to keep records of each shipment of universal waste according to this <br />section <br />Attach Receipts <br />Response: Williams Tank Lines had a complete lighting retrofit in the month of May, 2011. Part <br />of the retrofit program was the removal of all old lighting fixtures. All receipts were on site and <br />• filed in our facility improvement files. To ensure compliance and proper handling of Universal <br />Waste both educational and onsite training will be perfonned. The training program will assist <br />William TL in the identification and disposal of Universal Waste. See attached document <br />See Appendix C <br />
