The following are Class II (Repeat) Violations: <br /> 108, 125, 301, 601, 605, 804, 808 <br /> 108. Witnessed following wastes requiring hazardous waste determination and disposal: Shop Floor: <br /> Sand Blast waste on the floor, may be mixed with metal; Body Shop: Acetone Filter Waste in funnel. <br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, <br /> or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title <br /> 22. In addition, hazardous waste properties and size of metal particles must be determined before they <br /> can be recycled as scrap metal. Hazardous metal particles 100 microns or smaller cannot be recycled <br /> but must be handled as hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining <br /> how this waste was managed by 08/26/2013. <br /> 125. Based on one of comparison of the consolidated hazardous waste disposal receipts between 2011 <br /> and 2012, and interview with generators, not all copies of consolidated hazardous waste disposal records <br /> for 2012 were found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off <br /> by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three <br /> years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts <br /> for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by 08/26/2013.
