Failed to close and mark to identify the content of one box of Universal Waste fluorescent <br /> lamps. Universal Wastes, including aerosol cans, lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing <br /> switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. shall be stored in a closed container that prevents breakage and <br /> release to the environment, labeled to identify the type of Universal Waste, demonstrate the initial date <br /> of accumulation, managed within one year of storage, and retained a copy of the disposal receipt for at <br /> least 3 years on site. Immediately begin complying per this section. Corrected on site <br /> NOTES (following are not violations) <br /> The facility generated at least 16.627 tons (33,254 pounds) of hazardous waste in 2012. Of this <br /> number, 20,062 pounds come from available copies of consolidated hazardous waste manifests, and <br /> 13,192 pounds come from known uniform hazardous waste manifests. This number is subject to <br /> change after EHD has received all the missing consolidated hazardous waste manifests not witnessed <br /> during this inspection. (See item #125 on Page 4 of this report). Until the number can be verified, this <br /> facility remains on the current hazardous waste generator category (25-50 tons). The consolidated <br /> hazardous waste manifests witnessed on site for 2012 were for the following months: February, June, <br /> July, September (2 receipts), October (2 receipts). <br /> This inspection was originally conducted on 7/1/2013. <br /> A copy of the latest CAM-17 metal analytical results of the sludge from the truck wash sump sampled <br /> and tested on January 14, 2013 was provided to EHD during this inspection. <br /> Submit the following to EHD by: 08/26/2013 <br /> 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification (please keep original for <br /> your records). <br /> 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected. <br /> 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 ��2G�2o l3 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
