Please see example in Addendum#5 <br /> 133 Comply Hazardous Waste <br /> Tank Assessment <br /> Complete Immediately for Waste Oil Tank <br /> Contacted Dan Barber RCE 21,210 Inspection of Double Walled Waste Oil AST was performed <br /> 30 Jul 12 calculations and report were forwarded to SJCEHD by Dan Barber about 2 Aug 12 <br /> Copy of report is attached as Addendum#6 <br /> 135 Submit Written Response <br /> Ltr. to S J Co by Manjeet, <br /> Singh <br /> Reply letter with actions to date and planned activity was submitted 26 July to <br /> SJCEHD. Verbal discussion with District Attorney's office and City of Manteca led to <br /> a conference at Manteca City Hall on Monday , 27 Aug 12. Action Written Response <br /> did not have sufficient detail per SJCEHD. Present Owner did not operate facility in <br /> 12 Oct 11. But will review corrective actions brought about by the facility inspection. <br /> Barber requested additional time with e-mail dated 28 Aug 12. Follow up calls have not been returned <br /> as of 12 Sep 12. Barber visited site 10 Sep 12 to document actions by Imperial Truck Wash and <br /> resampling of waste stream after questionable sampling of 27 Aug 12(City of Manteca challenged <br /> sample location).Barber requires a copy of Oct 11 inspection findings as information may have been <br /> removed at time of search warrant. <br /> 301 Maintain to Minimize Release <br /> Facility was not maintained to minimize release of hazardous material.While new motor oil spillage <br /> was completely contained by the underlying PCC floor and volume of 2-3 gallons was immediately <br /> adsorbed by towels, additional cleanup and disposal of captured oil completion may not have been <br />
