Failed to document hazardous waste identification, handling and disposal training of facility <br />personnel within the past 12 months. Provide a copy of the employee training documentation and the <br />training content to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by December 20, <br />2013. <br />126. Some of the used oil recycling receipts, including one dated 11-12-12, list generator EPA# <br />CAL000026982, which is the incorrect number. Use the correct generator EPA # CAL000117545 on all <br />hazardous waste disposal receipts and manifests. <br />133. The used oil tank in the oil change bay is now defined as an aboveground storage tank by <br />California law. A hazardous waste tank assessment is required by this code section. Conduct the tank <br />assessment and have a qualified California Professional Engineer review, stamp and sign the <br />assessment. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
