These motors shall <br />be free from accumulations of oil, dirt, waste and other debris, which will interfere <br />with required motor ventilation or create a fire hazard. CFC, Sec. 8505 <br />Waste Treatment Area <br />1.- Prcvide signage in the dispensing and open -use areas and within 25 feet of the <br />outdoor dispensing or open -use area that read "No Smoking". CFC, Seca <br />8004.1.8 <br />2. The secondary containment system in the Treatment Area has major degrading <br />and cracking of the flooring and is therefore no longer liquid tight. Repair or if <br />needed replace the secondary containment and apply a coating to maintain its <br />integrity. The secondary containment shall be of liquid -tight construction. Equipment, machinery and systems <br />associated with hazardous materials shall be maintained in an operable <br />condition. Defective containers, cylinders and tanks shall be removed from <br />service, repaired or disposed of in an approved manner. Defective equipment or <br />machinery shall be removed from service and repaired or replaced. CFC. Sec. <br />8001.4.7.1 <br />5.
