CCR Title 22, Article 3 , Section 66265. 173 : <br /> DPI failed to properly close hazardous waste containers <br /> used at point of generation (compressor area) . <br /> WASTE OIL IS BEING KEPT IN A 5 GALLON CAN WITH A SCREW ON CAP. <br /> THIS VIOLATION HAS BEEN CORRECTED. <br /> 14. CCR Title 22, Chapter 15, Article 3, Section 66265. 173 : <br /> DPI failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed <br /> except when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br /> Violation #1: <br /> Effective immediately, cease illegal disposal of <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> Violation #2: <br /> Effective immediately, all hazardous waste shall be <br /> transported under manifest. <br /> Violation #3 : <br /> Within 30 days of receipt of this report a hazardous <br /> waste determination of floor sweepings shall be made <br /> utilizing CCR, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 12, <br /> Article 1, Section 66262 . 11. <br /> Violation #4: <br /> Effective immediately, place floor sweepings in 55 gallon <br /> drum and label according to CCR, Title 22, section <br /> 66262. 34 (f) . <br /> Violation #5: <br /> Effective immediately, all hazardous waste shall be <br /> transported to an approved Treatment, Storage, or <br /> Disposal Facility. <br /> Violation #6: <br /> Within 30 days of receipt of this report,facility <br /> personnel shall successfully complete a program of <br /> classroom instruction or on the job training that teaches <br /> them to perform their duties in a way that ensures the <br /> facilities compliance with CCR, Title 22, Chapter 15, <br /> Article 2 section 66265. 16. <br /> Violation #7 : <br /> Within 10 days of receipt of this report, personnel <br /> training records shall be updated to include the job <br /> title for each position at the facility related to <br /> hazardous waste management, and the name of the employee <br /> filling the position. <br /> Violation #8: <br /> Within 10 days of receipt of this report, personnel <br /> training records shall be updated with a written job <br />
