Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct these violations within the scheduled period provided may result <br /> in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 25189.5, California Health and Safety Code: DPI was disposing of floor <br /> sweepings from metal sanding and burnishing operations as solid waste without first <br /> analyzing the sweepings for hazardous constituents. <br /> 2. Section 66265.16, Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR): DPI did not have <br /> a personnel training program that ensures the facility's compliance with the <br /> requirements of this chapter. This is a repeat violation. <br /> 3. Section 66265.32, Title 22, CCR: DPI's emergency response equipment was <br /> inadequate to handle an emergency and the equipment was not located in the area <br /> it will most likely be needed. <br /> 4. Section 66265.33, Title 22, CCR: DPTs emergency equipment was not maintained <br /> in a manner to enable it to be ready for use. <br /> 1 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin counry Health Care services <br />
