Owners and operators of hazardous waste facilities shall <br /> have/ permits during the active life (including the closure period) of the <br /> facility and, for any facility which closes after January 26, 1983, during <br /> any post-closure care period required under Section 67217, and during an <br /> compliance period specified under Section 67186, including any extension of <br /> that compliance period under Section 67186 (c). <br /> (b) Permits are required for: <br /> (2) Treatment, storage or disposal of hazardous waste at facilities <br /> requiring an NPDES permit. <br /> Delta Plating is operating a treatment facility without a <br /> permit from the Department. <br /> 7 .
