J <br />Introduction <br />Overview This training is the California Front Store Hazardous Waste Management <br />Training Course, which is a component of the CVS/pharmacy Hazardous <br />Waste Management Program. This course will provide all California Front <br />Store management -level colleagues with knowledge and guidance for proper <br />management and disposal of waste items that must be disposed at the store <br />level. It is imperative that all CVS/pharmacy colleagues ensure that all waste <br />is handled properly and is disposed of in accordance with this training. <br />The Store Manager must ensure that this traininq is also completed by <br />any colleague responsible for processing damages. <br />As part of the Hazardous Waste Management Program, stores will receive <br />an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Program Binder. This binder will <br />contain information regarding the Safety Program, the Hazardous Waste <br />Management Program overview and supporting information, and designated <br />space to store required records. The EH&S Program Binder supplements this <br />training by providing additional details on the handling of Front Store items <br />and should be used as a resource during this training.
