StrongPak's licensed technicians transport
hazardous waste from the store to a licensed disposal facility.
NOTE: Hazardous waste discussed in this training does not include bio -
hazardous waste. Bio -hazardous waste is excluded from the scope of this
program.
Violations Violations for non-compliance with environmental regulations can be very
costly and result in sanctions and penalties, as well as reflect poorly on
CVS/pharmacy. Therefore, it is critical that store colleagues follow these
procedures.
NOTE: Failure to follow guidelines and regulations related to hazardous
waste management will be regarded as a violation and may result in
disciplinary action up to, and including, termination of employment.
© CVS/pharmacy 4
CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS INFORMATION
CVS000010365
