Hazardous Waste Documentation, Continued <br />Emergency Emergency Information posters must be completed and posted by an out - <br />Information dialing telephone in, at least, the Photo lab, Pharmacy, and backroom of the <br />Posters store. Blank Emergency Information posters are provided in the EH&S <br />Program Binder. The Store Manager's name and a 24-hour number must be <br />provided as the "Backup Name and Number." Locations of fire extinguishers <br />and fire alarms must be added to the poster. Posters must be kept current at <br />all times. Make photocopies of the posters provided in the EH&S Program <br />Binder, if required. <br />NOTE: CVS/pharmacy lists 3E Company as the primary emergency contact <br />on the poster. 3E Company's Emergency Response line is staffed by 3E <br />Company 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. <br />Regulatory In the event of an audit or inspection by a regulatory agency, store <br />Inspections colleagues must inform the Manager -on -Duty immediately. The Manager -on - <br />Duty MUST make themselves available right away as the Manager -on -Duty <br />must accompany the Inspector at all times during the visit.
