StrongPak technicians then make a final hazardous waste <br />determination once arriving on site to remove the hazardous waste. <br />Immediately begin classifying waste as hazardous or nonhazardous pursuant to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations and <br />handle accordingly or handle as hazardous waste. Within 30 days provide written documentation describing how waste is <br />being handled. <br />Within 30 days of receipt of this inspection report complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance <br />Certification, with a statement addressing how each of the above listed violations have been corrected. <br />Submit copies of all requested and necessary supporting documentation. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply by the above noted dates will be billed at the <br />current hourly rate.
