FINDINGS <br /> • No groundwater was observed in the excavation. <br /> • The samples collected beneath the UST contained up to 1,500 mg/kg TPH-D (west end) and <br /> 0.01 mg/kg benzene. <br /> • The soil stockpile samples contained up to 3,900 mg/kg TPH-D, but < 0.005 mg/kg benzene. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Soil beneath the former UST has been afTected by diesel range hydrocarbons based on the <br /> laboratory results of soil sample analyses.
