The samples will be transported under chain of custody to a certified <br /> laboratory and analyzed for TPHdiesel and BTEX. If the soil samples indicate that the <br /> excavation and stockpile are free of TPH impacted soils,the excavation will be backfilled by the <br /> owner and compacted. If analytical results indicate the presence of impacted soil, a remediation <br /> plan will then be developed. <br /> 7.
