Note: Prior to initiation of any on-site field activities, PRC personnel will conduct a pre -
emergency run prior to high-risk activities. The purpose of this is to (1) familiarize
personnel with the route to the hospital, and (2) notify the hospital of the planned site
activities and potential medical needs. In addition, PRC will contact local fire protection,
police, and medical treatment organizations prior to site start up to appraise them of
planned operations and the nature of possible emergencies.
I
EMERGENCY RESPONSE NUMBERS:
n
11
Local Chemical Emergency Response Team
U.S. Coast Guard Emergency Response Team: 1-800/424-8802
CHEMTREC 1-800/424-9300
Site Water Supply (Location) Potable water will be supplied
A-18
Emergency Resources
Location and Number of Nearest Telephone: Cellular hone will be rovided
p p p
In Case of Fire or Explosion (Telephone Number):
Call Fire Dept: 911
Call Police/Sheriff: 911
In Case of Personal Injury or Exposure (Telephone Number):
Call Hospital Dameron Hospital (209) 944-5550
Call Poison Control Center (415) 821-8058
Call Ambulance 911
Call PRC:
Project Manager Jeff Johnson
916/852-8300
Daniel Chow, CLEAN Program Manager
415/543-4880
Fred L.
