REPRODUCED AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE, <br />details of the work but they shall be performed as if fully and correctly Set <br />forth and described in the drawings and specifications. <br />(FAR SUPP 52-326-7002(b)) <br />1.2.1.3 The Contractor shall check all drawings furnished him immediately <br />upon their receipt and shall promptly notify the Contracting officer of any <br />discrepancies. Figures marked on drawings shall in general be followed in <br />preference to scale measurements. Large scale drawings shall in general <br />govern small scale drawings. The Contractor shall compare all drawings and <br />verify the figures before laying out the work and will be responsible for any <br />errors which might have been avoided thereby. <br />(FAR suPP 52.326-7002(c)) <br />1.2.1.4 Number of Sets Furnished: In addition to the reproducible set of <br />drawings and specifications furnished in accordance with FAR Supplement <br />52.236-7002, the Contracting officer will furnish up to 10 sets of full-size <br />drawings and 10 copies of the contract specifications without charge, after <br />award of the contract. <br />1.2.1.5 Reference Drawings: As -Built Utility Drawings not specified or <br />indicated on the attached sketches are available at the Public Works office <br />for prospective bidders. <br />1.3 INFORMATION REQUIRED OF THE CONTRACTOR: <br />1.3.1 Subcontractors and Personnel: Provide a list of key personnel of the <br />Contractor and subcontractors (including addresses and telephone numbers) for <br />use in the event of an emergency. As changes occur and additional <br />information becomes available, correct and change the information contained <br />in previous lists. <br />1.3.2.1 Construction Schedule: Within 15 days after issuance of a Delivery <br />Order, the Contractor shall submit a closure plan for the work described in <br />this contract. Submit for approval, in the format prescribed by the <br />Contracting officer, and include as a minimum the following information: <br />a. The various classes and areas of work, broken down into: <br />(1) Times projected for submittals, approvals, and procurements. <br />(2) Times for tank emptying, degassing, excavation, cleaning, <br />disposal, tank hauling and site closure and finishing. <br />(3) Times for testing and inspection. <br />b. Identify all critical items of work which will delay the start or <br />completion of other major items of work so as to delay completion off the <br />whole project. <br />c. The work completed and the work remaining to be done to complete the <br />project. <br />
