REPRODUCED AT GOVERNMENT EENSE <br />1.3.3 Information Required by Other Additional General Paragraphs: Furnish <br />information required by the following paragraphs in addition to the <br />information required by the other parts of the contract, sections of the <br />specification, and other subparagraphs of the paragraph "Information Required <br />of the Contractor": <br />a. "Electromagnetic Interference Suppression" <br />b. "Restrictions Upon Interrupting Utility Services" <br />c. "Restrictions Upon Interrupting Station Operations" <br />d. "Restrictions to Ensure Safety" <br />e. "Schedule of Works, for "Hazards to Command Operations" <br />1.4 PROJECT SCHEDULE AND TIME CONSTRAINTS: <br />1.4.1 Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work (APR 84): The <br />Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within <br />15 calendar days after the issuance of a delivery order, (b) prosecute the <br />work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later <br />than the time stated on each delivery order. The time stated for completion <br />shall include final cleanup of the premises. <br />(FAR 52.212-3) <br />1.4.1.1 Definitions: <br />a. The date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed is the date of <br />the Notice of Award of the contract. <br />b. The period within which the Contractor is required to proceed is <br />to allow for mailing of the Notice of Award and the Contractor's submission <br />of the required bonds and Certificate of Insurance. <br />c. The commencement of work is the last day of the period within <br />which the Contractor is required to proceed. <br />1.4.2 Liquidated Damages - Construction (APR 84): <br />(FAR 52.212-5(a)) <br />1.4.2.1 If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time <br />specified in the delivery order, or any extension, the Contractor shall pay to the <br />Government as liquidated damages, in the amount described in Table 1. <br />(FAR 52.212-5(a)) <br />TABLE 1 <br />Est.
