Contractor's Construction Equipment: Use equipment complying with <br />Mil. Spec. MIL -I-16165 for other devices capable of producing radiated <br />or conducted interference. <br />c. Tests for Electromagnetic Interference Suppression: Conduct tests on <br />electric motors and construction equipment in accordance with MIL -STD 461 and <br />MIL -STD -462. Use a test location reasonably free from radiated and conducted <br />interference. Furnish testing equipment, instruments, and personnel for <br />making tests; a test location; and other necessary facilities. <br />2.2.2 Radio Transmitter Restrictions: Conform to the restrictions and <br />procedures for the use of radio transmitting equipment, as directed. Do not <br />use transmitters without prior approval. <br />2.3 RESTRICTIONS ON OPERATIONS: <br />2.3.1 Prior to commencing work, the Contractor shall meet in conference with <br />the Contracting Officer, at a time to be determined by the Contracting <br />Officer, to discuss and develop mutual understandings relative to performance <br />of work. <br />2.3.2 The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the <br />Contracting Officer; the Department of Health Services, San Joaquin County; <br />the Division of Environmental Health Services, Solano County; Engineering <br />Division of the Naval Communication Station, Stockton; Dixon Fire Department <br />and the Government Consultant Firm of ERM -West to assure that they are on <br />site when the tanks are removed from the excavation.
