Backfill tested in accordance with ASTM C 136 and ASTM D 2487. <br />1.4 RESTRICTIONS OF OPERATIONS <br />1.4.1 Stockpile Soil: The Contractor must stockpile soil excavated from <br />below the top of the tank and from below the associated piping at the site <br />
