This <br />may be accomplished by various methods. <br />Pre -task safety meetings may be conducted with the express purpose of informing <br />employees of actual and/or potential hazards, protective measures required, and the required <br />Operating procedures associated with the task. In addition, employees will be reminded of the <br />location of material safety data sheets and other pertinent hazard communication information. <br />t <br />Reasonable requests from employees for information regarding chemicals in use in the <br />work place will be granted. <br />In addition, Geofon must make the program available upon request to employees, <br />designated employee representatives and OSHA. Access must be given in accordance with Cal- <br />OSHA's Access to Employee Exposure and Medical Records rule (CCR, Title 8, Section 3204). <br />The rule requires that access be given to employees and employee representatives in a reasonable <br />42 <br />
