Also, a one <br />and one half inch conduit intersects the trench at an angle, but the depth of the conduit is <br />unknown. Install a three inch drain line from oil -water separator to the four inch sewer <br />line. Back fill excavation and restore surface to its original level and condition <br />NOTE: Installation shall conform to the Manufactures written instructions and Contract <br />specifications. <br />Part 5. Remove temporary plug in floor drain and run water in drains to allow <br />underground vault to fill activating lifting equipment to supply the oil -water separator. <br />Observe the action of separator to see if the water flows to the sewer. The operation of the <br />oil -water separator shall be checked against the operating instructions of the manufacture. <br />Any adjustments needed to bring the operation in line with the operating instructions shall <br />be made at that time. The successful operation of the equipment as a unit capable of <br />performing to the manufactures specifications shall be demonstrated to the COR, <br />Environmental Representative, and Customer prior to submittal of the Contractors invoice. <br />
