QC NARRATIVE(S) <br />Subject: General Comments: <br />Geo -Fon crew arrived on site at 0700 hrs_ A 16' Flatbed was rented from Hertz_ <br />All of the piping and UST appurtenances were placed on the truck and taken to <br />the Lovelace transfer station disposal facility in Manteca. We returned to the <br />site and did a site clean up. All of the unnecessary fencing and barricades <br />were removed. <br />8.
