No Precipitation <br />Temperature Min 62F Max 87F <br />2. QC NARRATIVE(S) <br />Subject: General Comments: <br />Geofon crew arrived at 0600. A John Deere 624 was rented from Hertz. It was <br />used to move the concrete from the UST site to the staging area. We began <br />removing concrete rubble from the UST site and stockpiled at the staging area <br />at 0730. Don Valentine visited the site at approximately 0930. I visited with <br />Don at his office at the Sharpe Site at 1020. We review past and future <br />scheduling. I mentioned to him that we would probably remove the USTs on <br />Monday the 11th. All coordinations were made. The County Rep.. Base reps_ and <br />COR reps have been notified. I also visited with Mo Benson and reviewed plans <br />thus far. He seemed pleased- We left the site at approx 1700 hrs. <br />Subject: Safety Inspections/Meetings: <br />Safety topics involving working around heavy equipment and heavy equipment <br />operations were discussed today. We will not work to close to the equipment <br />operations, we will wear ear plugs and safety glasses along with other <br />appropiate PPE. We will be especially care -Full with our footing around the <br />broken concrete. While operating the chop saw we will have our feet firmly <br />planted. We will work in pairs. <br />8.
