QC NARRATIVE(S) <br />Subject: General Comments: <br />Geo -fon crew arrived on site at 0700. Mark Swindel and Dave Valencia replaced <br />Jose Jimenez and Mike Rigli_ Vehicle and personal badges were renewed_ A <br />backhoe with a breaker attachment was picked up from Hertz. Demarcation of the <br />work area was reestablished. Concrete breakout began at 0930_ Two COR <br />representatives visited the site at approximately 1130 hrs. No comments were <br />exchanged. Holes were made in the concrete today. removal will begin <br />tomorrow. <br />Subject: Safety Inspections/Meetings: <br />All safety rules and procedures for concrete demolition were reviewed. Workers <br />were reminded to wear proper PPE (hard hats. safety glasses, safety boots. <br />safety vests. ear plugs. etc.)_ Slip trip and fall hazards were also <br />discussed_ <br />8.
